Weight sensors may be installed to avoid overloading.
Pre-wash : Removes loose dirt using cold or lukewarm water. Optional chemical dosing (alkaline detergent).
Main Wash : Water heated with steam to 60–85°C depending on fabric and contamination.
Detergents, emulsifiers, and disinfectants added automatically. Steam injection maintains temperature throughout.
Rinse Cycles : 2–4 rinse cycles to remove detergent and soil. Final rinse may include softener, pH neutralizer, or bactericide.
Extraction : High-speed spin removes 90–95% of water content. Extracted water discharged via large drain outlet.

HYDRO EXTRACTOR DIRECT DRIVE TYPE

Quantity - 5 | Capacity - 30kg, 30kg, 30kg, 30kg, 15kg

A Hydro Extractor is an industrial machine used to remove excess water from wet textiles or laundry items after washing but before drying. It uses centrifugal force to extract water at high speeds, significantly reducing drying time.

Loading : Wet laundry is placed into the stainless-steel perforated drum.
Lid Closure : Safety interlock ensures the lid is closed before operation.
High-Speed Rotation : The drum spins at high RPM to create centrifugal force.
Water Extraction : Water is pulled out of the fabric and drains through drum perforations.
Braking : After the timer ends, dynamic or electric braking slows down the machine safely.
Unloading : Dehydrated laundry is removed and sent for drying or ironing.

DRYING TUMBLER

Quantity - 2

A Tumble Dryer is a machine used to dry textiles or garments quickly and efficiently by tumbling them in a rotating drum with heated air. It is commonly used after hydro extraction or washing to remove the remaining moisture from fabrics.

Loading : Wet laundry (usually 40–60% moisture content) is loaded into the drum.
Drum Rotation : The drum rotates continuously at a low RPM (~20–30 RPM), tossing the garments to expose them evenly to hot air.
Heating & Air Flow :  Heated air (from electric coil, gas burner, or steam coil) is blown through the drum. Moisture from the garments evaporates and is expelled through an exhaust system.
Drying Time : Typical drying time is 20–45 minutes, depending on: Load size, Fabric type, Heating source ,Cooling Cycle (Optional): Before stopping, a short cool-down phase may run to avoid garment shrinkage and overheating.
Unloading : Dried clothes are removed manually or using a tilting mechanism (for larger models).

HORIZONTAL WASHING MACHINE

Capacity: 160kg , Steam- 160 kg, Water - 1400 Ltr.

A Horizontal Washing Machine is an industrial-grade washer with a horizontally mounted rotating drum, designed for high-volume washing of clothes, linens, and garments. It is typically front-loading, meaning clothes are loaded from the front door, and uses a horizontal axis drum that rotates to agitate clothes with water, detergent, and mechanical action. It’s ideal for: Bed linens, Towels, Garments, Uniform, Hospital clothes.

Loading : Clothes are loaded manually through the front door.
Filling & Heating : Water is filled up to a set level. Detergents are automatically or manually added.
Washing Cycle : The drum rotates in both directions to agitate clothes.
Heating elements or steam maintain the desired temperature.
Rinsing : Soapy water is drained, and freshwater is used to rinse the clothes (1–2 cycles)
Extraction (Spin) : The drum spins at higher RPM (in models with spin feature) to remove excess water.
Unloading : After the cycle, the front door unlocks and clothes are removed.

FLAT BED PRESS

It uses heat and pressure on a flat heated surface (bed) to smooth out wrinkles and give a crisp finish. It’s commonly used in hotels, hospitals, garment factories, and laundries . A Flat Bed Press is a commercial ironing machine used to press flat linens like: Bedsheets, Pillow covers, Tablecloths, Napkins, Curtains.

Loading : A moist or damp linen is placed flat over the heated bed.
Heating : The flat bed is heated through electric heaters or steam lines.
Pressing : The upper head comes down (manually or automatically) and applies heat + pressure.
Ironing Time : 10-30 seconds depending on fabric and wrinkle level.
Unloading : The pressed fabric is removed, ready for folding or packing

CALENDAR

FLAT WORK IRONER – ROLLER HEATED (FRONT FEED – REAR RETURN) | DIA 400 MM - 600 MM - 800 MM -1200 MM LENGTH 2000 MM - 3300 MM. | DOUBLE ROLL PRESS & SINGLE ROLL PRESS

It works by feeding damp linen between a heated rotating roller and a flat bed or belt, which applies heat and pressure to remove wrinkles and give a crisp, finished look. A Flat Work Ironer is an industrial machine designed to iron large flat textiles such as: Bed sheets, Pillow covers, Tablecloths, Napkins, Curtains.

Front Feed : Operator inserts the damp linen from the front side of the machine.
Rear Return : The pressed linen comes out at the rear after passing through the roller. This configuration is useful when linen is collected from behind the machine (e.g., in a folding or stacking area)
Heating : Roller is internally heated using steam, electric coils, or thermic oil. Surface temperature is maintained between 120°C to 180°C.
Feeding : Damp, washed linen is manually or automatically fed from the front side into the feeding belts.

GENERAL UTILITY PRESS

A General Utility Press is a versatile, semi-automatic or pneumatic ironing machine used for pressing a variety of garments and fabrics. It consists of a heated lower buck (bed) and an upper head (pressing plate) that comes down to apply heat and pressure on the garment.

Heating : The bottom buck and upper head are heated using steam or electric heaters.
Garment Placement : The garment is placed evenly on the lower buck.
Pressing : Operator presses a button or uses a foot pedal to bring down the upper head. Heat and pressure are applied for a set time (usually 5–15 seconds).
Release : The head automatically lifts after the cycle ends or when operator releases the
control.

CUFF & COLLAR

A Cuff and Collar Press is a specialized garment pressing machine designed specifically for shirt collars and cuffs. These areas require focused pressing due to their small size and structural stiffness (from interfacing materials). This machine ensures: Sharp creases, Uniform shape, Wrinkle-free finish. t’s widely used in shirt manufacturing, commercial laundries, and dry cleaning units for high-volume and precision ironing.

Heating : The upper and lower molds (shaped to match cuffs and collars) are heated using steam or electric heaters.
Placement : The shirt’s cuff or collar is placed precisely on the lower buck (base).
Pressing : Operator activates the press using a foot pedal or dual-button system. The upper heated head comes down and applies heat and uniform pressure.
Release : After the set time, the upper head lifts automatically, and the pressed cuff/collar is removed.

INDUSTRIAL BOILER

Model : TEUN-1000/10.5, Type Codes : PFXSK10060, KFXSK10060 Filled Weight (F. Wt.) : 7273 kg

A boiler is a closed pressure vessel that heats water or other fluids to generate steam or hot water for: Heating, Steam ironing, Dry cleaning, Fabric processing , Sterilization, Power generation (in large industries). The steam produced is distributed via pipelines to different machines like: Steam irons, Presses, Washers, Flatwork ironers, Tumble dryers, Sterilizers.

Water Feeding : Softened or treated water is fed into the boiler tank using a feed pump.
Fuel Burning : Diesel, gas, or electricity is used to heat water in a closed vessel.
Steam Generation : Water heats up and turns into high-pressure steam.
Steam Delivery : The steam flows through insulated pipelines to connected machines.
